AMAZINGNESS - LOVE!!!!

Observation of the Night : Everyone here is so affectionate with their significant other. It's beautiful. Always caring...touching... kissing. It's so accepted and welcomed. I wish more Americans would emulate this. More Love. Less lameness and being self-absorbed.
What a world it would be if we could just LOVE all the time!

People forget what's important... I'm learning a lot from these Brazilians... now America needs to catch ON!

Faith. Hope. Love.

Wood's Pub - What we know as "The Lodge" in Old Town

It's surprisingly been 3 weeks - finally adjusted to the time change, the cold (ha I wish!), the culture and slowly making friends...oh and we speak Portuguese now! (HA just kidding - another I wish!)

Este Fim de Semana...
We took adventures to many very delicious restaurants, some cool cafés in the area, the gym, a farmer's market, Santa Felicidade aka "Little Italy", a winery, and some nightlife such as, Wood's Pub which had musica de certaneja (country music) and very much reminds us of The Lodge back in Old town! Everyone dances here - all the time.  É muito massa!

Here are some pictures of our weekend!
In Lucca Café  - yes there is a small bookstore in the coffe shop!

Us studying and reading and enjoying some yummy cappucinos!

Another one!

My sister and I at Wood's pub :) enjoying some caipirinhas - they were super sweet.

Heineken bottles formed into a guitar at the pub!

THE PANTS THAT GUYS WEAR HERE ARE SO TIGHT. cracks me up. the next pic is even worse!

Tiff and I were crackin up. Oh the styles - and the girls wear shorts with tights and boots. SEMI awkward.

The Stage where the artists play :)

Fun time this pub was... wish you all were here with us. SERIOUSLY.
Bejos!!

Vamos Lá ...

Coritiba x Ceará  - Vai Coxa !

Coca-Cola viewing box... SO BALLIN. ;)

Brazil and Team Anthems were played...

Vai Vai Vai!

No players on the field... before the game started...

Of course in our box a guy had won tickets to that game off of the radio... he's is getting interviewed by TV Pop about it...haha!

PSSST... haha... The door to the Coke skybox. :)

Dinner at a very nice Italian Restaurant after the game :)

Here is my dish! Isto é Salmão Grelhado com Manoquino puree. Mutio Bom!

Off to the health care facility to get our Yellow Fever Vaccine so we don't catch it in Foz de Iguaçu! I want to say Thank You to Dr. Yu-ree for the advice on the vaccine and for making my hatred towards needles go away the past 3 years! I had no problems at this facility receiving that shot! WHEW!

One our companies smaller vans on the go!

Singin and Dancing in the Rain! Rains off and on here!

THE BEST SUSHI I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. A Boatload of a Japanese Rodizio style - so the food just kept coming...we had to tell them to stop cause we were SO FULL!  (Mark you would have loved this place - SO MUCH FOOD.)

Quite the experience here... can't go wrong with food. Brazil knows how to serve it up! Everyone have a safe, happy and super fun 4th of July weekend!!!
xoxo

Vai Coxa!

First game of our time here! Coritiba x Ceará. Check out the site... team colors are Green(verde) and White(branco)!

http://www.coritiba.com.br/portal/

The stadium was only 1/3 of the way full  - about 10,500 people. So fun and so crazy. I can't imagine what it's like when 40,00 people are there! We were fortunate enough to have Coca-Cola sponsoring the two teams here in Curitiba too - the premier skybox we sat in was WELL-WORTH IT! Enclosed and warm, drinks and popcorn (pipoca) served with a stellar view of the field! Can't wait to go again...

FINAL GAME SCORE: 3-1 Coritiba

VAI! VAI! VAI!
Pictures to be posted soon!
YAY!
much love from Curitiba.
